Just wanted to drop a quick note and let you know how appreciative I am of the team. You guys were all so helpful and great through all this, especially with the unexpected delay that happened last week. The crew was great. They really went above and beyond to be helpful, even on things that didn't have anything to do with what you guys were here for. They were giving me tips on the roof situation and pointing out potential issues with the balcony and made sure all the little things were taken care of. Following a catastrophic event, SERVPRO came into our facility to assess the damage and immediately mobilized a clean-up crew of 45-50 people within the first 24 hours. They enabled us to get back into production within 7 days and continued clean-up for the next few weeks. Being a USDA facility required very rigorous requirements be followed and SERVPRO rose to the occasion. Tim English was on-site with us the entire time ensuring every detail was covered to not only our satisfaction, but to the satisfaction of numerous regulatory agencies. It was by far the single best clean-up, remediation, and restoration I have ever witnessed.

On 7/5 I discovered water in my basement. I called SERVPRO. Flavio & Manny arrived in short order...they worked really hard, were fast, thorough and efficient. It couldn't have been easier for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of work that SERVPRO did and the fine people they employ. I would be happy to recommend the company & their employees to anyone.
